Questions of environmental pollution quotas markets formation

Abstract

Use of flexible market-based instruments, based on trade in quotas on emissions of pollutants, to promote environmental activities of enterprises is proposed. Are presented: classification and characteristics of environmental pollution quotas markets, organizational and methodical approaches to their formation; the algorithm choice of the method of compliance with established standards for environmental impact.
