Abstract

In the article the cyber-physical system for diagnosing electric motors of process equipment is devoted. The structure of the cyber-physical diagnosis system is presented, which includes five levels. Each level of this system is described. The main attention is paid to the problem of making decisions on the optimal control of technological equipment depending on the current state of its electric motors. As an example, we consider the problem of controlling a mobile robot with a differential drive. A decisionmaking model has been developed on the basis of a fuzzy logic apparatus, which allows, depending on the current state of each drive, to choose a method for controlling a mobile robot.
