Abstract

The methods of accounting for losses in the elements of the flow part of the power plants (SU) of aircraft, gas pumping units (GPU), gas turbine engines (GTE) and drives (HPA) in their composition are considered. A new method of approximation of the gas-dynamic characteristics, the calculation of the efficiencies (efficiency) of the nodes, including compressors and turbines optimize their geometry and modes. For verification of the method, the results of factory tests, 2D and 3D CAD / CAE modeling of the flow and gasdynamic characteristics of the elements of the inverter, including the purge of the gratings of profiles, were used. It is shown that this method can be effectively used to optimize the geometry of the inverter and select the operating modes of the input and output devices, blade crowns in the composition of compressors and turbines, transition channels between stages. It is proposed to use the method when monitoring changes in the characteristics of the CCD units in operation. This allows to significantly increase the reliability of parametric diagnostics of gas turbine engines and gas turbines. The proposed method can be used to monitor the state of the units and systems in the energy sector, in transport and in other areas.
