Abstract

Wide chord BY-PASS TURBOJET ENGINE fan blades from polymer composite materials, hollow metal matrix wide chord fan blades and impellers with diskless bearing rings, ceramic matrix uncooled high-temperature liner,  nozzle ring, rotor blade turbine of small gas turbine engines are developed in CIAM. The mathematical models of deformation of reinforced unidirectional composite materials with metal and ceramic matrix, durability prediction models based on probabilistic study of residual strength, as well as the structural theory of deformation of two component medium are described and are used in the development of the above mentioned aircraft engine parts and components.
