Abstract

The paper presents the results of studies of the dynamic strength for high-pressure turbine blades of full size turbofan during bench tests using the non-contact method for blade resonance diagnostic. The study was performed under high temperature conditions of workflow using high-frequency high-temperature cooled static pressure pulsation transducers. The results of the characteristics analysis for high-temperature microwave pressure pulsation probe are presented. The sufficiency of sensitivity of the developed microwave probe for using in the noncontact vibration diagnostic systems in turbomachine rotor parts are reported.
