Abstract

Industrial controller-based automated control system solution is proposed to be used for operation within the robotic cell composed of industrial robotic arm and dedicated process equipment. This solution controls robotic cell as a whole and its components particularly. Example of hardware and software support is provided. Proposed method of automated control system integration into plant’s APCS has been developed. Robotic cell software programming languages recommended to be used with industrial equipment have been studied. Flowchart of Industrial controller-based automated control system of robotic cell is provided, including practical implementation example.
