Abstract

The problem of obtaining thin-walled cooled blades on modern automated equipment is considered. It is shown that in the transition to the manufacture of rods on the press machine there are defects that can be eliminated by changing the sedimentation properties of the refractory core mixture. The issues of improving the quality of cooled blades associated with a decrease in the reversal of the naturally twisted rod forming the inner cavity of the blade are considered.
