Abstract

The concept of monitoring of thermostressed state of gas turbine blades and their residual life estimation considering the material properties is proposed. The structure of on-board monitoring and control system including the intelligent pyrometer module and algorithm of residual life calculation of turbine blades is described. The calculation results of a temperature state of the turbine blade are given in 2D and 3D definitions.
