Abstract

The problems of computer modeling and diagnostics of pumping complexes for automation of the process of providing uncivilized operating modes are considered. The urgency of the need to solve this problem is due to the fact that during operation of pumping complexes, a change in the operating mode often occurs due to the action of various disturbing factors, which often leads to cavitation and, as a result, to a decrease in efficiency and destruction of the pump complex elements. Simulation of non-stationary modes is performed using Turbomachinery CFD and CFTurbo software packages. The use of the proposed model in the decision support system for the control of the pump complex makes it possible to provide uncivilized operation modes in conditions of unsteadiness of external and internal factors.
