Three layer modified mathematical modeling of heat exchange in pipes with rough walls

Abstract

The method of theoretical calculation determinacy hydraulic resistance and heat exchange for round tubes with rough walls on the basis of multi-layer models of the turbulent boundary layer, preferably different from existing theories by taking into account the proportion of cavities of volume in the sublayer and against the rough and the smooth surface of the channel, which can lead to a reduction in heat transfer order 15%, which should be considered in the advanced mode of roughness. The results of calculation of heat for an extended range of determining parameters for round rough tubes, to some extent dictate the level of heat exchange.
