Abstract

The possible ways of using the polymer composite material (PCM) in the design of the impeller (RK) of the compressor are considered, taking into account the pecu-liarities of mechanics and manufacturing technology of composite materials. The results of the calculation of the FEM 3D model of RK from laminated carbon fiber on the PN-3M binder are given, taking into account the number of layers and the angle of exposure required to obtain the required strength values under operating conditions, in-cluding temperature conditions. The maximum stresses and deformations, as well as the displacements of the construction nodes, on the basis of which the most in-tense zones of the blade and the base of the disk were es-tablished under operating conditions, were identified. Recommendations for the creation of the Republic of Ka-zakhstan are presented and the technological possibility of its manufacture from a composite material is shown.
