Abstract

Experimental studies of titanium Grade 4 with coatings obtained by plasma electrolytic oxidation were carried out. The processing was made in various regimes to study the influence of technological parameters of the processing time, frequency of the voltage pulses, temperature, concentration and electrolyte composition, on the oxidation process. A comparative analysis of the properties of the obtained coatings, such as thickness, roughness, porosity, phase composition, was carried out. The treatment regime that has the greatest prospects in terms of integration of bone tissue cells has been identified, which will be used for further in vitro studies.
