Abstract

The possibilities of ensuring the stability of the As-sembly process of engineering products on the basis of the method of individual selection of parts through the use of computer technology and probabilistic and statistical models. The results of the study of the robustness of the Assembly process of machines containing multi-link di-mensional chains using the method of individual selection are presented. It is shown that the result of the Assembly process is not susceptible to significant changes in the pa-rameters of the distribution law of a random variable that characterizes the dimensions of component parts when using the partial random search algorithm.
