Abstract

A new method to perform calculation and analysis of the bottom package of the mixing head of the LRE chambers for carrying capacity at its plastic-elastic deformation is proposed. The method is based on the classical theory of circular plates and the phenomenological approach to the deformation process. The latter is based on the representation of the process of elastic-plastic deformation in the "load-displacement" coordinates in the form of an elementary curve which conjugates two straight lines corresponding to the elastic and limiting deformation of the bottom package. In this case, depending on the workload, the maximum linear and angular displacements of the heads of the mixing head are determined in the deformation interval, from the elastic to the limiting one.
