Abstract

The problems of increasing the efficiency of machining of low-hard parts by the milling method are considered, a technique for measuring vibrations on machines during blade processing is proposed, the initial vibration signal is analyzed using mathematical algorithms in the MATLAB package, the interrelation of the vibration displacement amplitude and surface roughness of the treated surface at the tooth frequency and is considered at the speed of the spindle assembly.
