CIAM materials database formation problems and the example of database use in designing high–pressure turbine disk

Abstract

Some problems associated with the formation of design characteristics of structural strength of metal alloys are considered. The approaches to the statistical processing of the characteristics of short-term strength are described and the features of the construction of the conditional deformation curves are indicated. An example is given of working with CIAM data bank of the structural strength when performing design and verification calculations of the stress-strain state and the strength of the high-pressure turbine disk. The influence of the characteristics of the high-pressure turbine disk material on its structural shape and strength characteristics is shown.
