Abstract

The problem of creating modern optical devices based on traveling and standing elastic waves for electron-ic control systems with improved quality indicators in the form of technical characteristics and a lower cost in com-parison with foreign analogues is considered. The state of the art in the development of optoelectronic measure-ment principles using various methods of controlling the luminous flux of a coherent source of optical radiation in the form of a semiconductor laser or a laser diode is con-sidered. New optoelectronic devices for various purposes have been created based on traveling and standing elastic wave.
