Abstract

The problem of constructing adaptive interfaces for interaction between operators and a complex information  management system is considered. We propose the use of multi-agent technologies and the principle of scenario planning within the framework of the concept under consideration. Examples of the use of statistical methods for assessing the significance of differences in the results of testing groups of operators are given. The influence of the analysis of the characteristics of operators on achieving their goals is noted. To distribute the tasks of the operators of a complex distributed technical system, genetic algorithm is used.
