Abstract

The conceptual basis and formalized method of structural and parametric identification of the system dynamic model of planning and production management of a machine-building holding as a multi-connected, multivariant control object based on the analysis of data on the production activities of its enterprises are proposed. The necessary and sufficient conditions for ensuring the identifiability and manageability of production activities of enterprises in the conditions of decision-making (DM) with adaptive (structural-parametric) and software (functional) management are determined. An example of a system, dynamic model of a production system as a multiconnected, multi-variant control object in the form of its Dynamic characteristics in a three - dimensional system of coordinate axes-scales (ordered sequence of holding enterprises – ordered sequence of time periods of production activity-ordered sequence of production volumes (inventory and work in progress, number of units)) is given.
