Functional parameters of the technical university in the communicative model of the national innovation system

Abstract

The article discusses the concept of an engineering and technical university as a functional and logistic center of the scientific and educational system of a country/region, in the dynamics of its system communications. A particular problem of innovation management is investigated in order to determine the functional location and communicative parameters of an engineering and technical university in the modern innovation system of the country and the region. The analysis of the communicative model of interaction between the state, business community, society and the university is presented. During implementing the tasks of innovative development of the economic system of the country and the region, the activities of the university will be determined by a group of external (exogenous) and internal (endogenous) factors.
