Abstract

Based on the results of its own experimental and theoretical research, LLC “Teplofizika” has developed  a technology for organizing low-emission combustion in GTE combustion chambers – the PST technology (premixing of fuel), which is an analogue of the well-known foreign technology DLE (Dry Low Emission). The stages of creating a low-emission combustion chamber with preliminary mixing of fuel and air for the DG-90 gas turbine engine are considered. The goals of this development are the unification of the combustion chamber design for the DG-90 family engines, reduction of repair costs, improvement of environmental and operational indicators, increase in launch reliability, and increase in the service life of flame tubes.
