Abstract

An automated technological equipment for research of electrolytic plasma processes was developed. A functional scheme, hardware and software with a data acquisition system were presented; the system allows realizing a wide range of treatment regimes, studying surface modification processes, registering informative parameters in electric signals for indirect diagnostics of surface properties.
