Abstract

In this work, a mathematical and computer study of the fluid cooling system of a capillary micro-gripper is carried out. Mathematical models of the fluid flow through the micro-gripper chamber, the heating of the radiator by the hot side of the Peltier element, and the heat transfer from the fluid radiator are constructed. The following values were determined: the maximum temperature established on the radiator and the time for the cooling system to reach the operating mode. Based on the results of numerical calculations, one-parameter analytical approximations were constructed for the dependence of the radiator temperature on time, as well as the duration of switching the operating mode.
