Abstract

The need for an on-board maintenance system on modern civil aviation aircraft is caused by an increase in the number of flights and a decrease in the duration of aircraft parking betweenflights. The efficiency of aircraft operation depends largely on the speed of the on-board maintenance system, the time for finding the cause of the malfunction and its elimination is significantlyreduced, and the safety of civil aviation aircraft flights is also increased. The use of an on-board maintenance system makes it possible to reduce the economic costs of airlines for the purchase of additional ground maintenance facilities.
