Research of aerodynamics harrakteristik ring turbine lattice from profiles of various geometry, integrated into an integrated transition channel

Abstract

The results of the study of the annular grid of profiles of the combined rack assembly of the nozzle apparatus of the first stage of a low-pressure turbine are presented in the article. Numerical modeling and purging of the model were carried out on a low-pressure stand. The mode of closing of secondary flows is realized in the lattice of the nozzle apparatus of the studied model. The difference in the aerodynamic characteristics of the inter-blade channels is determined by the peculiarity of the structure of secondary flows when a thick force profile is introduced into the lattice.
