About influence of a fuel-air mixture overfueling in a predetonator on detonation-like combustion regime initiation in the main combustion chamber

Abstract

In paper positive influence of a fuel-air mixture overfueling in a predetonator on detonation-like combustion regime initiation in the main combustion chamber of the engine (HRE) is analytically shown. Calculation determines relation between relative change of chemical reaction acceleration in the main chamber and an excess air ratio in the predetonator.
