Abstract

The article reveals some stages of the process of developing an experimental stand for studying the characteristics of an axial turbine stage. Based on the thermogasdynamic calculation, a turbine was selected for research, a loading device to ensure the operation of the power generated by the turbine and a gas generator to provide a working fluid with specified parameters at the inlet to the experimental turbine. The search for the elements necessary for the stand was carried out on serial gas turbine engines. The scheme of the stand and control panels with a description of the composition and operation procedure are demonstrated. The results of thermogasdynamic calculations of engine elements and economic evaluation of the cost of research are also presented.
