Abstract

The method is based on the analysis of the stress-strain state of the turbine blades and its changes during long-term operation in accordance with the characteristics of the ground-based gas turbine units for the GPU. In addition, the paper examines statistical data on the mechanical characteristics and durability of the material of the turbine blades-a heat-resistant alloy ZhS6U-VI on a nickel base. Changes in the material characteristics during long-term operation are taken into account. The durability of the turbine blades is predicted based on changes in the statistical safety margins during operation. The object of the study is the working blades of the gas generator turbine of the NK-16ST ground installation, which is currently widely used and has an established assigned resource of 150000 hours.
