Abstract

The article describes a methodology for evaluation of the strength of parts of a low-pressure compressor (LPC) of a gas turbine engine (GTE) using coefficients of influence of geometric deviations. A method of advancing calculated and experimental evaluation of the durability of the main parts of the LPC is proposed, based on cyclic tests of structural elements (SE) cut from manufactured parts with the retention of the surface in the critical zone. The structural elements are developed on the basis of computational studies at the coincidence of the stress-strain state (SSS) with full-size parts of the gas turbine engine. The results of an experimental study of SE providing equivalence to bench tests are presented.
