Abstract

The work is devoted to solving the problem of diagnosing the etching of oxide coatings formed on aluminum alloys in the process of hard anodizing. The problem of raster diagnostics is solved based on the analysis of the dynamics of voltage changes during processing. A phenomenological model of the hard anodizing process with oxide coating growth and etching is proposed. On the basis of a phenomenological model, methods have been developed for diagnosing sudden and systemic etching, which provide automatic shutdown of the hard anodizing process in the event of etching detection.
