Abstract

The paper considers a two-stage technology of dry electropolishing of GTE blades and an experimental installation for this process. The results of comparative tests of the traditional and developed technologies for polishing parts of complex configuration, as well as information about the design of the installation for two-stage polishing of the GTE blades are presented. It is shown that the two-stage processing technology of the blade airfoil can significantly improve the quality and uniformity of the surface of the part
