Abstract

The analysis of applied technologies for testing compressors of turboshaft engines of stationary power plants was carried out. A method was developed for determining errors in the compressor parameters, taking into account both systematic nonexcluded and random errors. It was found that in order to increase the accuracy of measuring the reduced air flow, it is necessary to abandon the flow collector at the engine inlet and use a specially designed q - meter installed in the air channel of the front engine support. To reduce the error in the degree of pressure increase and compressor efficiency, it is advisable to switch to anoverpressure measurement system behind a compressor of an increased accuracy class. The use of the proposed systems for measuring the reduced air flow and overpressure behind the compressor, as shown by computational studies, reduces the determination of the error of the gas dynamic stability margin from 11.4 to 3.3%.
