Abstract

The state of the question of the stripping of a chemical method of aluminide coatings rotor blades of gas turbines. It is shown that the implementation of repair technologies used different formulations pickling solutions. The universal solution composition for stripping aluminide coatings comprising hydrochloric and nitric acid and additives of inorganic nature. The efficiency of the developed electrolyte and its ability to use technologies of repair of the blades with the technological and operational defects.
