Streamline tracking method basics

Abstract

Turbomachinery (compressors and turbines) modeling and designing have been considered as part of GTE.  Original streamline tracking method (STO) have been proposed. Unlike using of velocity triangles, STM allows to  trace continuous (along the flow surfaces) changing in kinematic  thermodynamic  parameters  of  working  fluid,  changing in circumferential forces and torques, acting on  profiles and working fluid particles,  under  conditions of  shock?free inlet and outlet of the flow through profiles lattices to create the flow part shape,  interscapular channels  and taking it into account to profile blades
