The experimental data obtained by test results on low cycle fatigue (LCF) single?crystal samples of promising heat?resistant Ni?base alloy VGM5. Challenge mode – the temperature of 850 and 1050 ?C, the "hard" cycle with controlled deformation in a cycle, f=0.5 Hz, the asymmetry factor cycle R? = ?1 (850 ?C) and R? = 0 (850 and 1050 ?C). Numerical model and LCF curves according to the number of cycles to failure Nf the extent of the deformation in the cycle and a similar dependence for N= Nf/2 from the maximum and minimum stresses ?max and ?min . Shows the results of the analysis of the nature of fracture of samples on the basis of which the distinction destruction at temperatures of 850 and 1050 ?C.Downloads
