Convective heat transfer in channels with variable crosssection

Abstract

For linear problems of convective heat transfer processes with variable thermophysical characteristics of the  medium, velocity of stream, volumetric heat generation  sources,  parameters  of  boundary  conditions  and  crosssection of the channels the convolution type functional is  obtained. Through its employment the  approximate  analytical solutions for determination of temperature fields in  the stream is developed.  An  example is provided for its  description in the flat and ring?shaped channels.
