The structural variations of high?temperature turbine blades for increase of its design life

Abstract

 The turbine wheels are one of main parts of gas turbine engine (GTE) to have an effect on it key parameters. The design reliability and life assurance are essential requirements of turbine wheel design. The influence of design features of high?temperature turbine blades super  alloys  based  on  strength  characteristics  is  investigated.  The recommendations for design of turbine blades and  calculation methods meant for the static durability and  low  cycle  fatigue  (LCF)  estimate  reliability  increase  are  formulated.
