Base stratagems of management of knowledge during scientific research

Abstract

Problems of management are staticized by knowledge during scientific search. The logic of formation of base installations of theoretical research, as forms of innovational activity is proved. Basic elements of strategy of scientific research and purposes of management are defined by this process. The algorithm of scientific research and structure of cognitive systems of the analysis of the elected problem sphere is represented.
