Development of the basic functionality of ERP planning system for solving the medium-term production planning

Abstract

This article discusses the purpose and objectives of the medium-term planning of production enterprises. Describes the functionality of the ERP system planning as a tool for the solution of the medium-term planning. Given its capabilities and limitations. Considered the prototype of the mathematical model, the software implementation which will complement the functionality of ERP systems and obtain optimal designs equipment utilization and procurement of critical materials. Introduce notation. Creating a system of constraints on the model, and provides the objective function. An algorithm of the model is provided. Also, the example of aircraft manufacturing enterprise is testing the obtained model by using MS Excel.
