Implementing OLAP in all-round analysis of primary perfomance of the university chair business processes

Abstract

University department business-processes performance is analyzed. Labor and time intensive routines are considered. Business-processes models are designed. OLAP tools implementation is proposed. Design process of OLAP-cube for managing University department is modeled. An example of implementation is given as well.
