Abstract

The paper provides results analysis of hollow turbines disks (twin-web disk) application efficiency. Analysis are curried out for three standard disks with different overall dimensions and working conditions with use parameterized models and multicriteria optimisation methods. Improvement in mass and strength for each of disks are shown. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods of hollow discs production that can be divided into two classes are considered and analyzed: traditional methods and methods based on the use of additive manufacturing.
