Research of influence of nitriding and high-temperature nitriding in the glow discharge with the effect of the hollow cathode on phase transformations in constructional and tool steels

Abstract

Experimental results of phase transformations, changes of internal stress and the average sizes of crystallites in constructional and tool steels by modifying with high current discharge in vacuum are presented and analysed.
