Investigation of heat resistant aluminide coating outer and inner layers etching within maintenance procedures after prolonged turbine blade operation
Abstract
The paper investigation results of heat resistant aluminidecoatingstrippingfromturbinebladeafteroperation for 56 000 hrs. Dependencies of local etching rate are discussed for different treatment time moments. The process flows through various stages of consequent outer and inner layers etching. Technological recommendations were provided for turbine blade maintenance procedures.Downloads
