Abstract

The article is devoted to the method of evaluation of the thermodynamic performance piston engine running on fuel with a different chemical composition. New method developed of estimating the transfer of internal combustion engine on a thermodynamic cycle for Trinkler Otto thermodynamic cycle with variable compression ratio and a native of working fluid, is described geometrical, physical and mathematical models. The proposed method for selecting the maximum limit of the thermodynamic parameters for the optimization of the thermodynamic performance piston engine running on the optimal Carnot cycle is more promising for increasing the efficiency of internal combustion engines, their economic and environmental properties as compared to the previously used method.
