Abstract

On the base of measurements of speed of ultrasonic longitudinal waves of  09G2S steel samples  at various numbers of a cyclic operating time there is a phenomenon  of transformation of the Norman law speed distribution of ultrasonic  waves in sedate can testify to submission of behavior of metal as complicated system of the theory of the self-organized criticality.
