Abstract

It is experimentally established that centrifugal gasseparator performance data are exposed to degradation with gas vials size reduction in a pumped gas-liquid mix. By numerical modelling the gas-liquid mix dispersion influence on separation process efficiency in centrifugal forces field is investigated. The separation factor definition technique depending on average gas vials diameter in gas-liquid mix is developed for carrying out of centrifugal gas-separator performance data engineering calculations. The spent comparison of settlement and experimental data on absolute separation factor value of centrifugal gas-separator GSA5-1 has shown an error is admissible for engineering calculations carrying out.
