About one problem of electrochemical machining of metals with the account variability of the current efficiency for anode shaping reaction

Abstract

Proposed is the way of anode border form definition in two dimensional problems of electrochemical processing of metals, where we take into account dependence of a current efficiency for reactions of anodic dissolution of metal from a current density in sodium nitrate or sodium chlorate solutions. Within the accepted assumptions the border of the anode detail is divided into three zones with various distribution laws of a current density. The initial task is reduced to a task about a current of a ideal liquid with the loose surfaces.
