Abstract

Questions of integration of the intellectual pyrometric module are discussed with a control system, the control and diagnostics (FADEC) for the purpose of maintenance of necessary reliability, depth and completeness of the control of the components of the engine most critical, expensive and defining resource GTE. The positive effect of integration IPM with FADEC for maintenance of system safety GTE is shown. The technique of definition of an equivalent residual resource of workers and сопловых turbine shovels under the information from IPM and onboard model of a heat-stressed condition of a shovel is offered. The information technology of research and operational development of algorithms IPM as a part of complex seminatural model GTE + FADEC, including taking into account refusals GTE and its systems is offered.
