Estimate of flame velocity using numerical thermogas dynamic simulation

Abstract

We have developed accounts of combustion process in flow in program complex for three-dimensional thermogas dynamic simulation ANSYS 11.0 CFX, made comparison of flame velocity amount found at combustion simulation with experimental data under different conditions and parameters of fuel-air mixture. On the basis of comparison we have shown capability of similar program complexes use for simulation of combustion processes, which take place in aviation engines.
