Abstract

This article describes the elements of innovative approaches and technologies during development of scientific product on the example of numerical and simulation studies of the gas-turbine engine’s blade cooling system. Main actions sequence of the developer is shown: selection of the constructive solution for cooling modeling, numerical modeling execution, making of the model prototype and quality assessment of its manufacturing for carrying out of full-scale experiment. The main development tools are: CAD/CAE tools, technologies and equipment for fast prototyping and metrological checking.
